4) Cookies

To make your visit to our website more attractive and to enable you to use certain functions, we use cookies, i.e. small text files that are stored on your terminal. Some of these cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser ("session cookies"), while others remain on your terminal for a longer period of time, saving page settings ("persistent cookies"). In the latter case, you can check the duration of storage in your web browser's cookie settings overview.
If personal data is also processed by some of the cookies we use, the processing takes place in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, either for the performance of the contract, or in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR in the case of consent given, or in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR to safeguard our legitimate interests in the best possible functionality of the website as well as in a user-friendly and efficient design of the website visit.

You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie and decide whether or not to accept it, either individually or in general.
Please note that if you do not accept cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

5) Making contact

In the context of contacting us (e.g. via the contact form or by e-mail), personal data is processed - exclusively for the purpose of processing and responding to your request and only to the extent necessary for this purpose. The legal basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest in responding to your request in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. If your contact is for the purpose of a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6, paragraph 1, point b of the RGPD. Your data will be deleted when circumstances allow us to conclude that the facts concerned have been definitively clarified and insofar as there is no legal obligation to retain it.

6) Data processing when opening a customer account

In accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, personal data will continue to be collected and processed to the extent necessary if you provide it to us when opening a customer account. You can delete your customer account at any time by sending a message to the above address. After deletion of your customer account, your data will be deleted as long as all contracts concluded with us have been fully executed, there is no legal retention period and there is no legitimate interest on our part for further storage.

7) Use of customer data for direct advertising

- Newsletter dispatch via Wix
The sending of our newsletters by e-mail is carried out by the technical service provider Wix.com Ltd. in Tel Aviv, Israel (https://fr.wix.com/), to whom we transmit the data you provided when registering for the newsletter. This transmission is carried out in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR and serves our legitimate interest in using an advertising-effective, secure and user-friendly newsletter system. Please note that your data is generally transmitted to a Wix server and stored there.

Wix uses this information to send and statistically evaluate newsletters on our behalf. For evaluation purposes, the e-mails sent contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels, which are single-pixel image files stored on our website. This makes it possible to determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and, if so, which links have been clicked. With the help of web beacons, Wix automatically compiles general, non-personal statistics on response behavior to newsletter campaigns. On the basis of our legitimate interest in the statistical evaluation of newsletter campaigns in order to optimize advertising communication and better target recipients' interests, the newsletter recipient's data (e-mail address, time of access, IP address, browser type and operating system) is also collected and evaluated by web beacons in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the RGPD. This data makes it possible to draw an individual conclusion about the newsletter recipient and is processed by Wix for the automated compilation of statistics that show whether a given recipient has opened a newsletter message.

If you wish to deactivate data analysis for statistical evaluation purposes, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter.
Wix may also use this data in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, due to its own legitimate interest in designing and optimizing its service according to needs, as well as for market research purposes, for example to determine which countries recipients come from. Wix does not, however, use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them itself or to pass them on to third parties.
